The app does not function correctly.

Please check if you can solve the problem by following the steps below.

  1. Check if you are using the latest version (2.0.1) of the COREDRIVE app.
    If you are not using the latest version, please download the newest update from the App Store.
    You can check it here.(Only Japanese available.)

  2. Restart your COREDRIVE app (completely shut the application and start it up again)

  3. Delete your COREDRIVE app and reinstall it.
    a. Place your finger on the app icon in your home screen until all the app icons start to wiggle and a small “x” displays on the top right corner of each of them.
    b. Tap the “x” displayed on the top right corner of the COREDRIVE app.
    c. Tap “Delete” to delete the COREDRIVE app.
    d. Push the home button.
    e. Download the COREDRIVE app once again from the App Store.
